Class Definitions:
Abs-15 to 30 minutes that
target your abdominal muscles
Body Blast-Low on complexity, high in fun this
class has all the benefits of traditional weight training.
Sculpt-Tone your body using hand weights,
barbells, balls or resistance bands.
Pilates-A highly effective unique exercise
system that gives you a longer leaner sculpted body, increasing abdominal and
lower back strength and improve posture.
Yoga-Focuses on stretching and muscle tone,
while building the mind/body connection.
Boot Camp-A cardiovascular workout which
incorporates (Army) exercises.
Step 1-45-55 minutes that will teach you the
basic steps, terms and techniques. This includes weights, abs, and stretching.
Step 2-High intensity, fast moving step class
with abdominal work included.
ULTIMIX-A blend of hi/lo choreography, step,
kickboxing and weights. This class will vary according to the instructors style.

Energy Ride-A very intense and cardiovascular
work out.
Journey Ride-Take a journey with your instructor
to many locations all while burning a bunch of calories.
Reminder: A towel and water bottle is recommended for all
cycling classes.
